Coronavirus Hazzard!!! Pick n Pay.

Coronavirus Hazzard!!!! The staff refuses to accept and follow the Covi-19 rules and regulations set out by the government. 7 weeks ago they had closed down because someone (staff member) was infected with coronavirus. Today (06-10-20) I go there to purchase things that I need and when I entered, I was expecting to be sanitized and have the PPE to wipe or disinfect the trolley. They didnt have the disinfecting blue cloth, so I ask them to sanitize the trolley for me. The security guards at the door made a big scene and treated me like I was crazy and were extremely rude as I asked them about the cloth as well as to sanitize the trolley. I realized that I was not going to get help from them, I asked for the manager. None of them helped me, but I eventually found the Manager (Solly Makhinta). I explained what happened to him and he said that is nothing. I told him about the Pick n Pay in Hyde Park which I usually go to. He told me that THIS IS NOT PICK N PAY HYDE PARK. This is SOWETO. I asked him "Is there a different standard here? And he said yes, they have a lower standard at this branch. I told him that Pick n Pay is a Franchise, they all share the same standard. He can not have his own rules. I saw that I was not going anywhere with that and asked him to speak with the security because they are rude, arrogant and obnoxious. They were making me feel like taking my money else where. He did not care instead he told me that he'll deal with that when he deals with it. To top this off, when I was done with my shopping. As I was leaving, the one security guard swore me. She used words I am even embarrassed to say. I am shocked that Pick n Pay is associated with such. Kindly help with this situation as it is wrong that we support a brand that employs people that disregard customer's feeling's.
