Cornwall, Poppie treating customer very bad, attitude stink

Today i bought yoghurt from PnP Cornwall. I paid and checked the till slip. I had a question about the items, due to the fact that at the 1kg tubs, there is a price for R40. I did not read, so I was wrong. Poppie assisted me. I asked her why is the 2 different items not moved together because it is one of those and one of those for R40. She was very rude and made made a fool of me. She chatted and made jokes with the packer as if I was a stupid customer. When I spoke to Het about that, she said she does not care. I can do whatever I want. She does not care and kept on laughing. Is this the way to speak to customers and make jokes? I am. Not impressed about Poppie, who seems is a supervisor, actions.
