Conversation continues infront of customers

Went to Pick n pay Mayfield Square, no Customer service whatsoever, Kholeka Gadini continued with her conversation with her colleague at the till despite the fact that there were customers infront of her. We greeted her she did not even flinch or greet back!!! She did not even look at us when she gave us the slip. Why do black people always have to fight to get proper service and I’m tired of getting apologetic excuses from managers. If someone is in a service environment they must do just that service with quality if not stay at home and gossip the entire day, you’re not doing me a favour!!! Time for black people to step up and give proper customer service not this nonsense their doing!!!😡😡😡 infact she deserves to be fired uKholeka. Should she deny her conduct I have a slip as evidence.
