Contravening the Consumer Protection Act

I went to Kyalami on Main PNP yesterday and I was charged a different price at the till, than the price that was on the shelve. The electronic screen that shows customers the price per unit, as it is being scanned, did not work and I could not see what I was being charged. I did speak to Catherine at the Pnp Kyalami on Main store yesterday, once I saw the slip and she confirmed that the prices on the shelve for the 3 items I referred to was different to what is on my slip. I am now being told that I need to go back to the store to get a refund and this is the reason why I am e-mailing you. I am not going back to the store, there is a Covid outbreak and I don't want to risk going out unnecessary. Secondly, I think it is very irresponsible of PnP to insist that I need to go to the store, waste my time and petrol, for a mistake that you made. Do the right thing and refund my card that I paid with or do an eft for the difference. The Cashier that Served me was Tebogo Dud Teffo and the Slip number at the bottom of the till slip is: **** *** 4 26.03.20 15:46 The items I was overcharged for is the following: Repair and Protect Shampoo R 110,99 Elvive Dream Lenghts - No Hair cut R 172,99 C/Cookies Asst Crackers 800grams R 109,99 Total amount overcharged is R 125,97 Not only are you in contravention of the consumer protection act, but you are also requiring of me (the Customer) to be inconvenienced because you cannot get things right in your store. Do not ask me again to go into your store to sort this out. I had the same issue at BabyCity and their head-office apologised and refunded me, by paying the difference into my bank account. See attached invoices of what I have already spent at PNP, this amounts to a total of R13061.62 + my amount spent yesterday was R4569.47= R17631.09. You will also see that I have a further order for approx. R16k online, that I will surely cancel if you insist on not assisting me.
