Continuous bad service and rude staff

<p>I have previously written on here about the bad service that we have gotten at the Centurion Lifestyle store. The manager gave me a call and said it would change, but nothing has changed in fact the staff on the floor is so unhelpful and the cashiers rude. Pnp advertised a special on Nivea and I went there to get it, when I got to the till it showed the full price. The cashier called the supervisor who then went to the manager and came back saying it was a mistake and there was a sign up. At the product on special there was no sign, I have attached a picture. If this is the way that pnp keep on treating people then we will not shop there anymore. It is completely unacceptable to advertise something and then to have rude so called supervisor telling you that you can't get it. The manager didn't even bother coming out of the office and explaining it himself. Clearly pnp doesn't care about customers anymore just the money that they make even if it means advertising stuff that is not even on specific, that is very deceiving and *********!!</p>
