Continuos Terrible ASAP service

Pick n Pay ASAP, Your service is so incredibly bad, I don't believe I still order from you. I only had 1 order arrive on time since i started ordering from you. I ordered at 12:53pm and it's now 18:13 still no order. I called 4 times and held on for over 20 minutes each time. Sent 3 emails as well. Only to be told the store closed at 1pm. I could have placed my order elsewhere and received it long ago. You accepted my order instead of declining if you knew you were unable to complete my order. After this delivery I will be deleting this app and never use it again. And tell everyone about this terrible service. How are you guys still operational
