Continued bad service at Kollonade Retail Park branch!

Today, in one of the busiest shopping day, this branch has yet again showed that it is the worst! Struggling to find any help on the floor, prices missing.

Then a worker at the bakery was extremely rude with a disgusting attitude when I just asked for buns!

Then at the tills (only 50% were open) we were left for 20 min when the cashier disappeared without any news.

When we called the manager, they refused saying that he went home. They didn’t even make any effort to just get another cashier. We left there with the cashier still not returned to her post. (Till 26).

Disgusting Service!
