Contemptible customer service

I bought a shed load of groceries online on two occasions. Without going down a different track related to condition of the goods delivered, my recent purchase was made on 19 October 2018 and there was one item missing. It had been invoiced but either not loaded or it was an oversight. The driver's copy of the invoice / delivery note was duly marked up and agreed by the driver. Then began the fiasco of emails back and forth trying to get a refund for R69.99 out of what now appears to be a totally inept institution. No way in the world should this take so long to be resolved (and STILL not resolved as of today) What do I need to do to get this bunch of pen-pushers off their collective rear ends and treat this customer better? I have been assured (via email) that the credit was approved and should take 5 to 7 days to process. Frankly, a week to process an EFT transaction? ****! The credit was approved (and passed?) 9 days ago so that bursts that bubble.... I will NOT be shopping from Pick and Pay - online or instore) - EVER again and am considering

 Good day Pete

Thank you for contacting Pick n Pay, We appreciate you taking the time to write to us.

Kindly accept our apologies for the item not delivered with your order. Please be advised that a credit note refund was done on the 29th of October 2018 for PnP toilet paper 2 Ply white 18s, with credit ***.

The delay would have been bank related because the funds were released from Pick n Pay's side, with a turn around time of 5 -7 working days to reflect.

We value you as a Pick n Pay customer and are committed to improve continually on our service levels.

Kind Regards, Senabelo Naledi Ndlovu
