Contempt and disregard of customer

The contempt at which Pick n Pay Montclair treats me is highly disappointing seeing us Ive been using that store for the last 25 yrs . The original incident happened on the 19th October 2018 and twice in November and once already in December . I wanted to withdraw R 2000.00 cash at the till on that friday mornmig at 08.00 and was moved from til to til under the impression that , that till had enough cash . Eventually at 08.15 I was reffered to the manager (after asking for her) I was then told that beacause the store was doing their banking , I would have to wait till 08.30. If that was not frustrating enough , i was then told that I cannot wait in the store and had to wait OUTSIDE ! as if I had ****** something , The store was open and other customers were inside . This is really DISGUSTING and dont understand why I had to wait outside like I dont belong or worthy to be in your store . I proceeded to wait outside and was then ignored by your staff . I eventually left at 09.00 after waiting at you store for an hour without my money . AGAIN in November I had to withdraw an amount of R 1500.00 and was told that they dont have money , this was at 17.00 . Please advise what is going on , its seems that this only happens to me as I see other customers using the cashback facility with no issues. Highly disappointed and disgusted at lack of apprecation as I was a regular at your store
