Consistently poor customer service

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at Pick n Pay Capricorn Muizenberg. Almost every time I shop at this store, I experience very poor service from the staff.

The staff members are often ********, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist when asked for help. There is a lack of basic customer care and professionalism, which makes shopping here frustrating and unpleasant.

As a regular customer, I expect better service from a well-known retailer like Pick n Pay. Management seriously needs to address staff attitude, customer service training, and overall store culture. Customers should feel welcome and respected, not ignored or treated poorly.

I hope this review is taken seriously and that improvements are made.
