Consistently having bad experience at PNP Montclair.

Its with disappointment that I write this review but I take silence will not grant the entity in question a chance to improve.

I had a terrible experience at Montclair sore. At a paying point and its not for the first time with Buyisile Ndlovu who instead of focusing on serving me and processing my good decided to chat away with the lady who was packing my good and not even once said a word or looked at me until she had to ask for payment and still just conversing with her colleague.

She has misrepresented the brand PnP stand for and she can use some customer care training as this was shocking for a season employee. the behavior left a lot to be desired. I would request a formal apology but I do not thing Buyisile can get to that point of let alone accept the responsibility. The incident comes after I had to wait 10 minutes for a store to open at PnP Montclair as the workers were singing and dancing while we were waiting on the 25th of October 2022 including the branch manager.

I had issues at this branch and just kept them to myself but some improvement is needed.
