Consistently excellent service

I have been a Customer of Pick n Pay on Nicol for a number of years and thought it appropriate to take a moment to thank them for the service they continue to provide to us as their loyal customers. Issues are resolved quickly and ernestly when customers bring them up. Their managers are present daily on the floor and engaging with their customers. Their cashiers and others who work in the store treat us all like family. Well done Pick n Pay on Nicol and thank you for holding the fort while we stay at home. You have not dropped the ball during the Lockdown and continue to treat us all like you care.
