consistently bad

This is a great store well designed and stocked but badly run, I have had many bad experiences from not staff to weigh vegetables to not being able to find staff to help you or pack your bags or no baskets or trolleys available, but last Sunday was the final straw. To start there where no baskets or trolleys, we then visited the meat deli and asked for 10 thin slices of smoked ham, the lady behind the counter took old ham out of the fridge and gave that to us, I repeatedly said no no we want thinly sliced to which she simply did not answer. I am guessing she wanted to sell old stock, then we bought a few pastry items which upon being packed at the tills where tossed around so badly that they had broken and come to pie especially. To add the fabric softener had leaked in the packet as the teller had packed badly and in a hurry as she had no help. Out of sheer frustration I asked to see the manger whose response was \well it shouldn't be like that"really well I knew that"
