So on the 25th of October i went to bloemgate pick n pay i spent 271.00 of which they informed me that their machines are having problems and i should have the cash reversed in 48 hours and then i waited then went to the bank and found out that the money has been recieved by PnP AND THERE WONT BE ANY REVERSAL. I took the bank authorization statement to the store and now they telling me they have never heard of my problem even called the store and spoke to Dyle and he denied my claim and they always treat me like i am a ***** or something. i am going to take do whatever it takes to bring this people down for treating me so bad when they are the ones who took my cash and inconvenienced me. ******s people at pnp.
