Yesterday, my mum and me went to Pick and pay Bay West mall, at the pay point we were standing in the queue. I heard the instruction "the next customer needs to go to till no 10, As I am Partially blind, I found it difficult to see which number the tills were, so the packer at till no 10, where I was supposed to be, came to me, and took me to the correct till. , and I was helped in such a friendly manner with dignity and respect, and when I asked what the outstanding amount was, the casher gave me the amount clearly. and with a smile. It made me realize the staff in the branch knew me, and my special needs, because I am a frequent client over weekends. To me this was heartwarming and made me feel welcome and appreciated. I am so sorry I cannot provide their names as I would not be able to see their name badges. and I know I should have asked, but still, I want to express my gratitude, and will keep on going back there as I feel home now.
