completly unfair
Signed up for baby club. Got email saying I can collect my goodue bag from brackenfell pick n pay . Tried printing voucher could not. Called 3 times was cut off each time. Went in (drove from Stellenbosch) they couldnt help gave me a number to call. This person doesnt work for baby club anymore and cant help me. Phone pick n pay again. They said they cant help so I cant get my bag!! I really feel its very unfair!! I spent timeand money to sort it out and now iI cant get my bag!
