Completely Disappointed !!!

Last week I bought 3 bottles of PnP thick cream with and expiration date of 30/12, yesterday when I wanted to use it to finish my desserts for Christmas it was off, I contacted the manager and she was very helpful but when I left PnP the security lady checked my bag, but put her unsanitized hands inside of my bag, and proceeded to tell me that it's her job but I've never seen it happen to anyone else before... Her attitude was terrible and my mom told me that it happened to her aswell 2 weeks ago and by the same security lady...
