Complete lack of service from Pick 'n Pay.

I have been using the Pick 'n Pay (PnP) click and collect service for a few weeks now and it is incredibly disappointing. I first contacted PnP asking them about delivery to a residence in an area where they do deliver and received no response at all. Unfortunately, their site does not pick up the road name. I then went on to use the click and collect service which has failed every time I've used it. The first time the person picking up the items had to wait over an hour for the stuff, even though they arrived within the scheduled pick up time. They also did not have some of the items, and instead of refunding directly to my credit card, they gave cash to the person who went to pick up the items.

The second time, the person picking up the items had to wait again to receive the items as nobody at PnP seemed to know anything about the pick up. When they did receive the items it was not of good quality.

I received an e-mail from PnP telling me that the items were not picked up, and when I responded to the e-mail, received no response. I then tried calling the number on the e-mail to follow up, but there was no answer. This was a week ago, and I still gave not got a response.

PnP has really disappointed with their service and I will therefore rather continue shopping at Woolworths where I receive great service.
