Complement for a good customer service from Kedibone Mokgethi

Hi, I just want to complement Kedibone Mokgethi from Pick n Pay west acres in Potchefstroom North West Province for her excellent customer service.

It is not for the 1st I went to Pick n Pay West Acres, I wanted to buy burger Friday special 2weeks back and I had to pay 100 for it when I ask them y am I paying this much they told me my smart shopper card is not linked to my FNB card. So they said I must go to FNB to link my smart shopper card with FNB I was in a hurry that day I did not go.

Today I went to Pick n Pay again the lady at the kiosk and the front line supervisor they told me to go to FNB again to link my smart shopper card, I had to que at FNB only to find out there's no such thing I had to go back to the store, that's when I met Kedibone Mokgethi I explained my problem to her then she said let's call Pick n Pay head office to find out what is the problem with your smart shopper card. Within a period of 20min I got helped BCOS of Kedibone Mokgethi.
