Complement - Brackenfell Pick-n-Pay Hyper

<p>I would like to thank Brackenfell Pick-n-pay Hypermarket! For the wonderfull service they gave me on Sa****ay! I bought 2 x AIM Fireplaces in 2014, one for me and the other one for my cousin! We then struggled to change the heatting bars as we couldn't find them anywhere and I our heaters were out of garantee! Then I decided to phone the store where we bought the heaters from! I was tranfered to the store manager who is Mr. Abdullar Regal. He was so kind and so professional over the phone! He promised me that someone will give me a call in 5 minutes time and before even that 5 minutes Mr. Marius Beneke called me! He was so nice over the phone and made me feel as if I was the only important customer at Brackenfell Pick-n-pay Hyper! He said I must bring the heaters they will give me 2 new heaters or will refund me for both! When I went to see Mr. Marius Beneke on Sa****ay - I couldn't believe the reception he gave me! That gave me hope that there are still good people in this world! What a humble soul! Keep it up Mr. Beneke - I learnt a lot from you about "UBUNTU" I wish I could have that golden heart like yours!
