On Sunday, 22 Dec 2019 I visited Southernwood Pick n Pay to buy groceries and I left my 5 month baby with my mother in the parking lot. Minutes after I left the baby cried non-stop, Monde, supervisor or store manager approached my mother in the car and took the car for fresh air and the baby stop crying. He looked for me inside the stoor and he found me busy with groceries, he offered to keep the until I'm done. When I was done I found them, in the little office in the store, playing.
That was personal touch at its best, I was touched by this gesture, excellent service, because of this I will do my grocery at this Pick n Pay store forever as a token of appreciation.
Thank you Monde, much appreciated.
