Yet again Pick and Pay do nothing especially the management team at Heathway. They phone you to apologise after complaining on this site. BUT nothing changes, I now challenge you senior management of Pick and Pay to come shopping at this store with me on a Saturday morning shelves are half full, packers narrowing the walkways and my biggest nightmare last Saturday only 2 tills open for trolly's on a Saturday morning do you think you are so important that you can waste your clients time. Well I've had it good bye Pick and Pay Hello Checkers The complaints to Management and on this site gets nothing but lip service from your fickle, false promises. What you fail to understand is this seems to be happening in other branches as well,
