Complaint...Bad customer service

I go to pick n pay Cavendish Claremont almost every morning, lunch time, and before closing. The service I get almost everyday is very bad. I'm gonna talk about today's experience besides other days. I went this morning at 10h45 I was paying for my food. The only way I had to pay at that moment was to get R90 Capitec Cash send from them and pay for my garlic rolls. The lady on the till told me she doesn't have money, I asked her to ask others or her supervisor to get it, they both came back and they had no R90 in store, they suggested I leave the rolls, I told them I'm not gonna leave it, they must ring it and I will come back later to get my change because I couldn't wait any longer as my break was almost done I went back at 12h05. I got my lunch from the Deli, went back to the lady who has my change to pay for my food. She recognised me, I paid and waited for my change. I was again told that there is no R29.00 on the tills. The supervisor herself told me to wait again she is going to fetch money from the back of the shop. I ended up walking out without that change because I now find myself spending my breaks at Pick n pay. This is so disapointing Pick n pay is a big company to experience such disappointments everyday you enter the shop.
