COMPLAINT REGARDING THE LACK OF OPEN TELLERS

I shop at Pick n Pay Hypermarket - Port Elizabeth on a regular basis. During my visit at the end of October 2015 there was only a handful of tellers opened and several people waiting to be served at each and everyone check out point. Yesterday I did my monthly shopping there and was ready to paid around 15:30. Again only a handful of tellers was opened and two to three trolley waiting to be served at each and every available check-out. I find this totally unacceptable for this size of store and for the time of day I was shopping. I asked to speak to a manager that just told me they were short of staff. I then asked to speak to the store manager. Colin came to speak to me and told me that the store have super quite the past 4 months and very busy only the past 2 days. I told him that this was not true at I had the same problem during my last visit and asked how he was going to resolve this problem. I was then told by Colin that he doesn't like my attitude. Clearly he doesn't like being challenged. I was totally shocked by his attitude and clearly he doesn't value a loyal customer bringing a problem to his attention. NOT the store manager I would like to run my store.
