Complaint of spoilt product / Angry customer / Possible food poisoning if it was consumed

I purchased an item from pick n Pay chatsworth. The item was namely Sea Harvest fish bake. The item was spoilt, had the most horrible stink, it was off in colour and it felt absolutely powdery when I opened the box. This item made my entire house to stink and my kids got sick and nauses of the smell. I purchased this item to prepare for my kids lunch and only to find it was spoilt. My kids ended up with no lunch to take on that particular day to school due to this. I've noticed pick n pay's standards has dropped especially when you shop online and they deliver. I am extremely angry as a customer. Should we have eaten that product, what's the chances of us having food poisoning?
