Complaint not received to well

So I always only ever shop at PNP Oakfields. My smart shipper card will proof that. Monthly shopping, and everything I need during the week. Toningt I went grocery shopping. Got home and unpacked the bags. I saw that the compral headache tablets I bought was half empty. It didnt even have the leaflet inside so I thought I would phone the store and let them know what is happening. Well they obviously didnt appreciate it.

First of when the phone got answered it wasnt to friendly. when I asked who I am speaking to the person rep**** with "the store is closed". Im like uhm ok I would just like to inform you of a problem I just had with my shopping. I told him the story and he is like "so when are you coming back". I rep**** that I wont be coming back I just wanted to let them know of a problem and again he just replies "so when are you coming back". Well guess what Oakfields I wont be back EVER because you obviously dont appreciate customer feedback. Especially when you're on your way home. So sorry for interrupting your home time to let you know of **** going on in your store. So unthankful.

I previously informed them of bakery products which I bought which has gone off etc and also didnt ask for replacements, just asked to stick to the standards I know and always went back there... Now I wonder what standards

Highly dissatisfied.....
