Complaint just being ignored for a month

Almost a month has now passed and I have not yet been contacted wrt my complaint Ref No. ***: I went to PicknPay Hyper in Brackenfell to buy Ariel washing powder that was on special for R49.90 for 3kg. I wanted to buy 4 or 5 bags. There were no more in stock even though the special was still on for three more days. I went to customer service to ask for a \raincheck"";NULL;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;457138;33;1;2;1;1;5;3;5;NULL;NULL;NULL;15/04/02 9:27;15/04/02 7:39;why ???;7,31E+12;???;***;Last month I hade a problem with fnb, everything was sorted on the end of the day. The lady told me that if I will have a problem again, PLEASE phone on of our 138 premier bankers and just make a arrangement with them.

Yesterday I phoned and told the banker that all my debit orders is going thru but my salary is going to be in at 12:00. They told me they have lock it on the system. Everything failed, and been charged R500 banking fees.
I just spoke to a banker and told him I did what the lady told me to do, and ask him what will happen if someone goes to a lawyer, the respond was \YOU ARE WELCOME TO SEE A LAWYER IF YOU THINK IT WILL HELP\""

I did what you told me to do"
