Complaint handled very well so far!

Hey there,

I looged a Complaint a while back, I must say I appreciate the way they're handling this complaints.

Just received a call from a lovely lady yesterday, letting me know about the steps they've taken toward handling the issue.

I understand it's not resolved as yet, but there's customer service training that's going on.

Thanks to hellopeter for ascelating this, thanks to Pic n Pay for what they've done so far.

I'll sure continue to recommend you!
