Complaint for purchase of expired juice resulting in child getting critically ill.

On date 22.08.2022, I purchased juice at Pick n pay which expired 24.05.2022 and resulted in my child being critically ill.Went to branch where item was purchased, store manager referred me to the clinic and advised she will only refund me for the juice. I felt disrespected as a customer. The juice expired 24.05.2022 but was still kept on shelves
