Complaint for PnP Centre Walk

Went to PnP Centre walk today on the 25/02/2024 and I had a code that I needed to redeem to get a buddy cool drink, the lady who was assisting me firstly was not friendly at all, she scanned the things I was going to pay with my card first and when I asked if she is not gonna scan my smart shopper card she gave me a very weird attitude that time she can clearly see i have my tymebank card which i use as smart shopper cool I paid and then when it was time for the cool drink code scan she tells me that it's declining I asked her why and she said it's just saying declined I then asked her to re do it again, instead of starting the whole thing from scratch she just pressed the till and she said it's still declining I can clearly say that she didn't even want to assist me from the onset because when I greeted her she was just off, I then went to the PnP tramshed and they didn't even give me trouble the code went through perfectly
