complaint for pick n pay

card nr: ********** ********** 23 after purchasing today I just realised all of my points are gone, I was never warned regarding that, I have been busy saving up those points making sure I purchase at pick n pay for this benefit. to my surprise they are gone now I need to start from scratch, I feel this is unfair and want my points back. they are mine to use it.
