Good day I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the branch Pick n Pay Haasendal Gables clothing store

The staff is *********** they don’t know how to operate the machine I had to load my gift cards one by one because they cannot load all of them at once and I pay one amount

To top it off I was advised that I am not able to load the gift cards with the bank card because of ***** I need to have cash

I am doing a stockfel and I am loading PnP, Shoprite and Woolworths gift card with big amount of money I will not go to the atm and withdraw R5000 to load on a card

Why must the good citizens suffer because of ***** why must I go and stand on a long bank line to withdraw cash that will be loaded on a card

Why can’t you at least protect good citizens by asking that we at least bring the ID card to see if it matches with my card

Why must I suffer, I have produced my ID with the branch which matches my card to show that it is not ***** still they are telling me that

Please fix your procedures so that we are not affected because of *****

Please think outside the box not letting other customers suffer because of crime and please train your staff system and to think outside the boxes as well
