Complaint

Hello Peter. We have a problem with Nonesi Mall pick n pay in Queenstown on the 24 December 2021,my sister and I we were doing a shopping.upon our arrival at pick n pay the guy advised my sister should park the trolley outside the parcel where other trolleys with goods or items of other shopper were parked so that she can do the shopping at pick n pay but to our supprise after she fineshed,the trolley that she was advised to leave outside the parcel counter was no where to be found and it had goceries and clothing items which were purchased in other shopps.she reported the matter to a person responsble for the store that,they denied to show her the cctv recording as to see what happenned to the trolley.we phoned pick n pay customer care line they never assisted in the matter.she then went to open a case at mlungisi police station she then went with the station commander to the store,thats when they showed her the cctv footage and a group of 2 middle aged woman and 2 males were seen taking the trolley to their vehicle and pick n pay never assisted on the matter even their provincial management.in our side we strongly believe that someone at pick n pay is responsible for these items which were ****** could you please assist us on the matter,pick n pay management is no longer responding to our emails.please contact me on *** or by email lmbizweni@gmail
