Complaint

Yesterday we bought chicken at Pick 'n Pay Terminus - Market Ndwamba in Nyanga Cape Town, when I opened the meat tray was smelling rotten. The stench of the meat is overwhelming. When we returned the meat they refused to take it back or refund the money. We spoke to Anele and Sis Thandi they refused to even give their names we had to ask the security personnel for their names. I don't know whether the health inspector needs to be called to address this matter as this is getting out of hand, how can someone using a brand name like people do this.

The customer service at this store is pathetic and we will be taking the matter up with the consumer Commission. I have logged a call with the Pick n Pay Complaint line that is the reference number they gave me ***.
