Complaint

On the morning of 10th of November around 00:00 am and 02:00 am i had visited the Makhaza pick n pay express BP stores to make a purchase, i had accidentally dropped my cellular phone as i got back into the car i came with infront of the store entry by the parking. as soon as i got home about 3minutes later i discovered that i dropped the phone and called it immediately and it was picked up by a female claiming that she was a member of staff at the pick n pay express and assured me that the cellphone was safe and can be collected as soon as i am available to collect. i made my way to the store on the Tuesday morning around 07:30 am asking for the phone and no staff member was aware of a phone so i had asked to speak to a gentleman who claimed to be the store manager and asked to view camera footage of the time of me loosing my phone, the store manager assured me that he will look at the footage himself and get back to me regarding any information about my cellphone and he never did. I sent him a text message on the Saturday morning and he never reported back to me even though he has my cellphone number.
