Complaint due to bad customer service

I'm am. Really not happy with the service I always get at pick and pay I have tried complaining to picknpay directly but for some reason no one ever attended to my case. The fact that at pick n pay chuma mall the cashiers always seem as if they are doing us a favor by assisting us and today I have had the worst situation. The audacity to have someone who did not greet or acknowledge me asking me why do I ask her where to put my stuff and saying I'm being dramatic cuz she says she asked me about plastic and I never heard her say a thing to me. What was the need for blowing a comment out of proportion because u can just say OK I will add plastic. Where does she get off saying that. I was so calm I didn't act up I really don't know how cautious we need to be when dealing with pick n pay cashiers. Plz fix this problem
