Complaint

I bought pnp brand milk in woodmead, after realizing its off, I tried contacting pnp via email but I would get responses from different people and no way forward. As we speak I'm sitting with 3 litres of spoilt milk, Noone has even attempted to call me to find out what's the problem. I had to go buy another 6 pack just to be sure that the 1 bought in Woodmead was definitely off, it's shows they don't care about their customers, my matter is less important they are attending to more important matters I guess because seriously if it's not the case someone should have at least called me by now, though I was told they have escalated the matter it's been long
