I ordered on line and the order too hrs to come and top it all the order was incomplete and I didn't even get notification that the are missing items from my order,,, I'm very much disappointed and I will never order from pnp again

13 Jan 2025, 19:54I will no be ordering via pnp app ever again and thefore I will require refund and also on your response you have not explained why my order took hrs to complete in the first place, I place the order @ 2:30 and it was only collected at 5 why do you accept orders that you can not complete and I'm saying this because it's not the first time I'm experiencing such it's almost as if the order sits and waits for closing time then only will it be collected for someone to drop it off on their way home, why are you not accountable for your orders
