Complaint

I bought Full Cream Long Life milk beginning of October 2019. I then used 3 litres of that milk when I opened my 4th bottle on the 24th October the bottle was sour and I decided to call the call center to report the issue. I spoke with their consultant who she decided to just transfer me to the Somerset Mall store where I bought the milk without even advising me of that. I spoke to a lsdy who was rude who she told me I must bring the milk into the store to have it changed. I always though pick 'n pay was better than that seeing that I bought the pnp brand and it was sour before its BB date which is written 25 may 2020.
