Complaint

I have ordered groceries from the ASAP app at 10am this morning 22 February 2023 and it still is not delivered by 15h23 as I type this review. I have had an operation, hysterectomy so I cannot go out to shop and that's why I used the app. I could not take my medication due to no groceries to eat before taking medication and have been running up and down stairs for every hoot I hear thinking it was the delivery. They have to do better. I have even uninstalled their app.
