Complaint

Hi... I would like to complain about pick n pay Saccawu and old mutual.... I app**** for my pension money in September and no one is getting back to me we were told to join the union when we first started work but now they are not helping me I have been waiting long for them to respond and send my pension money but nothing what's the point of having to pay for them if at the end of the day when u need their help they are unable to help...!!
