Complaint

I bought cheese at the store.I usually buy this cheese at this store but for the first time I find it difficult to swallow this cheese.I tried eating cheese with bread ,adding it on my food but the taste is really horrible!The cheese looked like it had expired because it was white on the sides bare in mind this is cheddar cheese.
