Complaint and compensation.

Today I went and did an exchange and expected a cash refund for R780 AND WAS ADVISED by the supervisor he will add to my capitec account, which I agreed upon agreement I did ask him if the cash would reflected immediately he advised me yes and did nt advise me it take up to 7 days,as I'm am very upset and angry.i require a compensation for the lies advised.as this cash was to purchase a gift.
