COMPLAINT ABOUT TOXICATED FOOD

I lodge a complaint with Pick n Pay Rhodesdene about the 16th August 2020, after I got very sick from their meal of the day. I wrote a letter and attached doctor's bill & sick note, and all relevant documents they needed. I even sent sample of the food back for testing. After numerous call and follows up about it, up to now I haven't heard a word or any response from them. And that after I really got sick, very sick. The letter I addressed to them had all the deatails.
