Complaint about poor customer service at Dundee Pick n Pay.

On the 31 May 2026 I bought Sundays Times and Sunday world at Pick n Pay Dundee. The money I had was short to cover both papers and I asked the cashier to void one paper and she refused. I reported my complaint at Customer Care Pick n Pay. Pick n Pay gave me reference number ***. Till today no response.
