Complaint about onerous rules at Pick and Pay, Benoni

Greetings.

I am a pensioner and have the complaint that when I buy methylated spirits at Pick and Pay, Northmead Mall, I have to go through two queues. The first queue is for my groceries. The second queue is at the cigarette counter where I can buy methylated spirits. There I have to produce personal documents as if I am at a government agency, applying for a passport- all for a R60 worth bottle of meths. This is the only store in South Africa that makes me undergo such an onerous process.
