Complaint

Hi, Today the 10th of November, I bought a box of 40 eggs from Pic n Pay. When I got home I removed the box to store the eggs but there was 1 egg missing. This is the second time this happens to me in less than 30days. Exactly the same shop. Instead of 40 eggs there’s 39. It’s east to rule this out as an error or maybe the egg fell out somewhere but it definitely didn’t happen twice and I’m sure of that. Also, those eggs are secure so I’m definitely sure it did not roll out. This is *******. This time I took a picture of the eggs and the receipt.
