Complaint

I'm not very happy I went to Pick & Pay Clothing today to purchase some pants. I took one from the rake and saw that the price was marked down. I went to the lady at the front desk and asked her if it was just the one that was marked down or are the others also maker down. She came with me to the rake and said that all of them are marked down they just did not get around to mark all of them. When I get to the till and paid and saw that the amount was really high as I have calculated the amount in my head. I took the slip and saw that the pants was the original price. The lady helped me and refunded me for 1 of the pants not all 3 of them. She said that only the one was marked down. My problem is that I did go to her before purchasing the 3 pants but and went on her words.
