Complaint

Visited the pick n pay clothing store in tygervalley today, 13/01/25. Chose a few clothing items for my 4 year old daughter in roughly 10 minutes. Had my son and daughter with me. Approached the till, another customer was infront of me. There was only one cashier at the till. I waited for about 15 minutes and she rang the bell for assistance. There were several staff on the sales floor but not one of them was willing to come to the till to assist the customers in the queue. I asked If anyone could assist at the till but all I got were blank stairs and an unwillingness to assist. When I asked fir the manager I was told he was outside. This is not the first time I've experienced this level of bad service in this store and the manager is always non chalant when one complains. Doesn't seem as anyone actually want to work there which affects the level of service in a bad way. I doubt I will make the mistake of visiting this store again.
