Complaint

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the service or non-service rather of their Pick n Pay ASAP service. On the 24th of October I placed an order. After 60 minutes passed with hearing nothing from them, I called their call center and to my surprise was told the order had been cancelled because the driver tried to contact me which was not true because I never received nor missed any call from the. I was told to do a refund request for a payment which I did immediately. When I followed up 10 working days later, I was told to send my account details which i did. To date I still have not received my refund. I this this is a **** and the order was cancelled to take my money in the first place. The call Centre personnel is so ***********. There are no processes of escalation. No manager is ever available. This is absolutely disgusting to say the least. I will never buy from Pick n Pay again, Checkers is way better than this and efficient too. I just want my money and will never ever set foot or use this service ever again. So disappointing to say the least.
